ABOUT THE SERVICE: The Certificate of Good Moral Character is being issued to clients who need the document for any legal purpose (i.e. application for local and/or foreign employment, etc.) provided that they meet/submit the necessary requirements.
If requirements are complete, this transaction can normally be completed in two (2) working days.
