ABOUT THE SERVICE:  The Certificate of Endorsement for the Availment of Death Claims of Incumbent Barangay Officials and Barangay Tanods is being issued to the authorized beneficiary/ies. For those who are married, their spouses and children are their beneficiaries while for single barangay officials or tanods, their beneficiaries are their parents/brothers/sisters/children except in cases when the barangay official or tanod has identified (a) beneficiary/ies.
If requirements are complete, this transaction can normally be completed in two (2) working days.
