 If requirements are complete, this transaction can normally be completed in three (3) working days.

1 Proceeds to MSWD Office to seek Financial Assistance

 

Informs the client about the service and its requirements then interviews the client 30 mins Certificate of Indigency None Dennis M. Villa Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office

 

2 If there is no Certificate of Indigency, secures it from his/her respective barangay.            
3 Submits Certificate of Indigency to MSWD Office Receives Certificate of Indigency and start processing the necessary documents.
