ABOUT THE SERVICE: This service is offered in compliance with the rules and regulations set forth in PD 1096 otherwise known as the National Building Code of the Philippines. The service commences when the client has the complete requirements upon entry.

 If requirements are complete, this transaction can normally be completed in three (4) working days.
