ABOUT THE SERVICE: Generally, in the life of person, marriage is one of the essential needs to complete his/her life cycle. The Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar is the only office mandated by law to accept application for qualified applicants and issue the corresponding marriage license upon complying with the documentary requirements and reglamentary period of posting.
If requirements are complete, this transaction can normally be completed in eleven (11) working days.
