ABOUT THE SERVICE: The issuance of zoning clearances is in compliance to the Revised Land Use Plan and Municipal Zoning Ordinance duly approved by the Sangguniang Bayan through Resolution Number 2002-65 series of 2002 and was approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan through Resolution Number R2003-4093.  Zoning clearance is issued prior to any construction/renovation/alteration of Residential Buildings, Commercial, Institutional, Industrial and Special Uses and any kind of development.

If requirements are complete, this transaction can normally be completed in three (1) working day.
