ABOUT THE SERVICE: Assessment of real property is provided to real property owner’s who undergo improvements / new construction of real property units .

If requirements are complete, this transaction can normally be completed in three (6) working days.

3	Accompanies the appraiser to inspect his/ her real property	`Appraiser goes to the field and inspects the newly-erected real property. Appraiser fills the basic data on the Field Assessment and Appraisal Sheet (FAAS) The appraisal of the bldg./improvements is in accordance with the duly approved schedule of the market values The appraiser prepares the Field Assessment and Appraisal Sheet and Tax Declaration Verifies/signs the Field Assessment and Appraisal Sheet and Tax Declaration Recommends to the Provincial Assessor for approval Numbers the signed Field Assessment and Appraisal Sheet and Tax Declaration and advises the client to come back after 5 days Record on the Transaction Logbook the numbered FAAS and Tax Declaration Submits the numbered Field Assessment and Appraisal Sheet and Tax Declaration to the Office of the Provincial Assessor Verifies for its validity and completeness If complete, recommends to the Tax Mapping Division. Tax mapper updates all records and checks the Property Index Number (PIN) and recommends for approval by the Provincial assessor Reviews and approves the prepared Field Assessment and Appraisal Sheet and Tax Declaration Segregates the approved Field Assessment and Appraisal Sheet and Tax Declaration and forwards the municipal copy to Municipal Assessor’s Office Segregates the approved Tax declaration and Field Assessment and Appraisal Sheet.
